We are based in a small and friendly gym in Caerleon, Newport.

The gym offers a relaxed atmosphere with all the equipment required for fantastic workouts.

There is also the option to come to your home. Over the years, we have collected a range of equipment to help train at home. Training at your home will incur a small extra charge.
